Everyday stresses or life events can impact significantly on our feelings, thoughts, and behaviour. These can then impact on sports performance. I offer a safe space to explore these aspects with empathy and without judgement.  We have all experienced difficulties in life, and acknowledging we need help can be difficult, but taking that first step and accessing counselling is the first step to alleviating problems. Counselling is a talking therapy and is an opportunity  to gain a better understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and, actions and to find solutions to problems. Counselling can help with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders etc, counselling can also help with life events such as bereavement, relationships, work-related issues etc. Counselling also helps with physical health conditions such as disabilities, infertility etc.
